What we collect
When you visit ITINWorks, we collect only:
- Aggregate analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, device type, general location (country/region), referral source. This is anonymous and not linked to your identity.
- Email address, only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter through Beehiiv.
We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, immigration status, ITIN number, SSN, date of birth, address, phone number, or any other personal identifier.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a privacy-focused browser. The site will function normally without them.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is handled by Beehiiv. When you subscribe, your email is stored on Beehiiv's servers under their privacy policy. We use your email only to send occasional updates about new guides and policy changes. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Third-party links
We link to banks, government agencies (IRS, USCIS, state DMVs), nonprofits, and other resources. Once you leave ITINWorks, you're subject to that site's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your email or any other information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties, except as needed to operate the newsletter (Beehiiv) and analytics (Google Analytics).
Your rights
If you are a resident of California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@itinworks.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
ITINWorks is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced in the newsletter.
